Shipping & delivery
Most US orders ship the next business day from our Tucson, Arizona facility and arrive in 3–5 business days via free standard shipping. Express 2-day shipping is available at checkout for $19.95.
At launch we ship within the United States only. Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia are on our 2026 roadmap. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we open shipping to your country.
All US orders ship from our facility in Tucson, Arizona. Customer service is also based in the US.
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, usually within one business day of placing it.
Warranty & care
The warranty covers manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. If your device fails due to a defect, we'll repair or replace it (your choice) at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover damage from drops, water exposure beyond the device's IP rating, or normal wear.
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge or use abrasive cleaners. Allow to dry fully before charging or storing.
Use the included carry pouch or store in a dry place away from direct sunlight. If you won't use the device for several months, charge it to about 50% before storing to extend the battery's life.

Designed in Japan in collaboration with our long-term engineering partners, manufactured in China to our specifications, and quality-controlled before shipment. Every device passes FCC, CE, and RoHS certification.
Do not use any MIRATOKI device with EMS (such as VedaLoop) if you have a pacemaker or implanted electronic medical device. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy, or have had recent surgery in the area where the device will be used. Discontinue use immediately if you experience pain, irritation, or discomfort.
MIRATOKI products are intended for adults. They should not be used by children under 12. Children 12–17 should only use the products under direct adult supervision.
