1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MIRATOKI website at miratoki.com and any purchases you make through it (the "Services"). The Services are operated by Rose Canyon Holdings LLC ("MIRATOKI," "we," "us"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. MIRATOKI products are intended for adults; they should not be used by children under 12, and children 12–17 should use them only under direct adult supervision.

3. Products, pricing & availability

We do our best to display our products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been submitted.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation; we may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues), in which case we will refund any amount charged.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers.

6. Shipping & risk of loss

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Limited warranty

MIRATOKI devices carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. This is the only warranty we provide.

9. Intended use & health disclaimer

MIRATOKI products are personal-care and relaxation devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Do not use any MIRATOKI device with EMS (such as VedaLoop) if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device. Consult a qualified physician before use if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy, or have had recent surgery in the area where the device will be used. Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if you experience pain, irritation, or discomfort. Use each device only as described in its included user guide.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, to interfere with the site's operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any systems or accounts.

11. Intellectual property

The MIRATOKI name, logo, product names, site content, text, images, and design are owned by MIRATOKI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the limited warranty in Section 8, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIRATOKI and Rose Canyon Holdings LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIRATOKI, Rose Canyon Holdings LLC, and their officers and employees from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
