HOW TO USE：

1. Remove rings, bracelets, watches, and other hand accessories.

2. Place one clean, dry hand comfortably inside the massage chamber.

3. Press and hold the Power button.

4. Select a massage mode.

5. Choose Low, Medium, or High pressure.

6. Select a heat level or leave the heat off.

7. Relax as the approximately 10-minute session runs.

Allow all air pressure to release before removing your hand.
